Find humor every day

And soon it begins. We have a busy week here with Janel's college graduation and family coming to help in the celebration of the big day.

With all the goings on, it helps to find humor every day. There is a fast-food restaurant that has an ever changing sign displaying it's special of the day. Yesterday's read; chicken fried steak almond hooray, and today's was; chicken salad mint oreo. Now I know that is is describing two different food items but when they run them together, it can be quite interesting.

Gracie is growing by leaps and bounds and leaping and bounding about! This week she took a pair of pants off a hanger and proceeded to go from the waist through a leg. She cried and whined so I helped her out a little bit. But it was hard as I was laughing so hard. She was a good wiggler! The thought of it still brings a laugh.

Have you noticed the bird's nests in the trees? They need the budding leaves to open up and hide them. Spring has been slow coming this year but I think it is finally here. The forsythia is screaming "YELLOW! Yes, It's finally here - SPRING !!"
