In-te-gral
Adjective; necessary to the completeness of the whole.

Color and textures.  These are important to me.  Textures can be as simple as the cool feel of glass to my hand or the complexity of layers of flavor in a salad.  It is all around us.  What we need to do is to stop and notice.

I traveled to England and Germany in June.  It is so interesting to see what isn't my "normal".  It makes me see things in a new light.

Consider it as open gate to see things in a new light and to stretch our concepts of the world we live in.
