The Smell of Spring

Today the scent of Spring was in the air.  It had the smell of fresh turned earth.  Someone was working up dirt for a flower bed.  It's too soon for farmers to be out but soon...

Last week I was in Phoenix with my girls for a holiday.  We enjoyed the warmth of the sunshine and the down time to do whatever we felt like.  It seems it was spring there as well. The rabbits were out on the lawn.  And the flowers are always in

 bloom.  This photo was of a tree in blossom.  It was the coolest yellow fuzzy balls.  I really like how it looks against the blue sky.
